འཛམ་གླིང་སྟོད་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་ལ།

Dzam ling tö kyi chok la
སྐྱིད་བའི་ཡུལ་གཅིག་ཆགས་ཡོད།

Kyi pay yul chig chag yö
སྐྱིད་བའི་ཡུལ་ལྗོངས་ནུབ་རི།

Kyi pay yul jong nub ri
གཞོན་པ་ང་ཚའི་ཕ་ཡུལ།

Shön pa nga tshö pha yul

At the top of the world
There is a happy country
The pleasant land of Nubri
The homeland of our youth

སྟོད་ཀྱི་གྭངས་རི་སྤུངས་རྒྱན།

Tö kyi gang ri pung gyen
རིགས་གསུམ་མགོན་པོའི་ཕོ་བྲང་།

Rig sum gönn pö pho trang
སྨད་ཀྱི་གསེར་སྦྲང་གངས་རི།

Mey kyi ser drang gag ri
ཨོ་རྒྱན་པདྨ་སྒྲུབ་གནས།

Or gyen peya drub ney

Above, the palaces of the Lords of the Three Families
Bejewel the high snow-caps
Below, the Golden-Honey Mountain
Is the practice place of Orgyen Pema

བར་གྱི་བསྐལ་མཚོ་སྔོན་མོ།

Bar gyi kel tsho ngön mo
གནས་བདག་འཁོར་བའི་བླ་མཚོ།

Ney dag khor way la tsho
གངས་མཚོ་ནགས་གསུམ་འཛོམ་པ།

Gang tsho nag sum dzom pa
འཛམ་བུ་གླིང་གི་རྒྱན་ཆ།

Dzam bu ling gi gyen cha

In the middle, blue Lake Kel
Is the high mountain lake we live around
Mountains, lakes, and forests are assembled
Like the jewelry of the world

རྒྱལ་བ་རིགས་གསུམ་མགོན་དང་།

Gyel wa rig sum gön dang
པད་འབྱུང་མི་ལ་ལ་སོགས།

Pey jung mi la la sok
ཡུལ་ཕྱོགས་འདི་རུ་ཕེབས་ནས།

Yul chok di ru pheb ney
ས་གཞི་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་སོང་།

Sa shi jin gyi lab song

When the Buddha, The Lords of the three Families
Padmasambhava, Mila, and the rest,
Came to this place
They blessed the very land

སྟོད་ལ་རོད་གློད་རྣམ་གཉིས།

Tö la rö lö nam nyi
སྨད་ལ་བི་སྤྲོག་རྣམ་གཉིས།

Me la bi trok nam nyi

Above are both Rö and Lö
Below are both Bi and Trok

མཛེས་པའི་ཡུལ་གྲུ་བཞི་པོ།

Dzey pay yul dru shi po
མཐུན་པ་སྤུན་བཞི་འདྲ་འོ།

Thunn pa pun shi dra oh
སྐྱབས་གནས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་དང་།

Kyab ney kön chog sum dang
ལས་འབྲས་བླང་དོར་ཤེས་པ།

Ley drey lang dor shey pa

These four beautiful districts
Are like the Four Harmonious Siblings
Their protectors are the Three Jewels
Who have realized karma and its results and what to adopt and abandon

ང་མཚོའི་ཡུལ་གྱི་ཁྱད་ཆོས

Nga tshö yul gyi khye chö
འཛམ་གླིང་ཡངས་པའི་མགྲོན་རིགས།

Dzam ling yang pay drön rig
སྐྱེ་བ་སྔ་མའི་སྤུན་ཟླ།

Kye wa nga may pun da
དགའ་དད་སྤྲོ་གསུམ་ངང་ནས།

Ga dey dro sum ngang ney
བྱོན་པ་ལེགས་སོ་ཞུ་འོ།།

Jön pa leg so shu oh

The distinguishing feature of our land
Is that it is for guests from around the whole wide world
They are our siblings of previous lives
We will welcome them out of
Of gladness, faith, and Joy
