Ten dzin kye bu yong la dey way ga
གོང་ས་སྐྱབས་མགོན་བླ་མར་ལྷག་ཏུ་དགའ།
Gong sa kyab gön la mar lhag tu ga
ང་རང་བོད་ནས་སྐྱེས་པའི་བོད་ཕྲུག་ཡིན།
Nga rang bhö ney kye pay bhö truk yin

I love the monasteries of Sera, [Ganden,] and Drepung

More than that, I love all the noble ones who uphold the doctrine

Most of all, I love the Lama who is our protector and refuge (H.H. the Dalai Lama)

Yang sel sob shi rig shung lhag tu ga

I love the dharma kings of the past.

More than that, I love the supreme master Thonmi Sambhota

Most of all, I love the scholasticism of the thirty-four vowels and consonants

I am a student born of Tibet

Mi rig la gya chen la lhag tu ga

I love my country, the land of snow

More than that, I love the six million Tibetans

Most of all, I love those who have loyalty for their own people

I am a Tibetan child born of Tibet

Rig ney yön ten chen la lhag tu ga

I love those who young ones who wear Tibetan clothes

More than that, I love those who speak the pure language of their fathers

Most of all, I love those with wisdom and knowledge

I am a Tibetan child born of Tibet

བཅུད་ལྡན་འབྲི་མར་སེར་པོར་དེ་བས་དགའ།
Chu den dri mar ser por dey way ga
དཀར་ཆུ་འོ་ཞོ་འཐུང་ལ་ལྷག་ཏུ་དགའ།
Kar chu oh sho thung la lhag tu ga
ང་རང་འབྲོག་ནས་སྐྱེས་པའི་འབྲོག་ཕྲུག་ཡིན།
Nga rang drok ney kye pay drok truk yin

I love to eat white-honey tsampa
More than that, I love nutritious golden yak butter
Most of all, I love to drink dairy, milk and yogurt
I am a nomad child born of nomads

དཀར་ཆུ་འོ་ཞོ་འཐུང་ལ་ལྷག་ཏུ་དགའ།
Kar chu oh sho thung la lhag tu ga
ང་རང་འབྲོག་ནས་སྐྱེས་པའི་འབྲོག་ཕྲུག་ཡིན།
Nga rang drok ney kye pay drok truk yin

Most of all, I love to drink dairy, milk and yogurt
