སྐྱོ་བའི་ན་བུན་མི་དྭངས།
Kyo way na bün mi dang
We cannot bear this
greatest of sufferings
We cannot end the stream
of tears
Suffering after suffering
piling up
A thick mist of sadness
obscures [everything]
ཡང་སྤྲུལ་པདྨའི་སྡོང་བོ།
Yang drül pey may dong bo
འཁོར་བའི་འདམ་ལས་འཁྲུངས་ཏེ།

སྲིད་གསུམ་འཁྱམས་པའི་འགྲོ་རྣམས།
Si sum khyam pay dro nam
ཐར་བའི་གླིང་ལ་ཁྲིད་ཤོག
Thar way ling la tri shok
May the lotus stalk of
your reincarnation
Arise from the muck of
samsara;
May all beings who wander
the three realms
Be led to the land of liberation
