Note: There were a couple of issues with the original lyrics in Tibetan here which forced me to alter and reinterpret them. One line (སྤང་ཁ་ཁ་བས་བསིལ་སོང། Pang kha kha wey sil song) I wrote down by ear because the original lyrics did not match up at all with what the singer was saying, so what I wrote is my educated guess, but at least sounds like what she is saying. I also changed བརྩོན་ནས་ (tsön ney)--which means something like "diligently"--to the very similarly spelled བཙོན་ནས, which is almost certainly the intended meaning hear (from within a dungeon/prison).

Note:

H.H. the Dalai Lama is considered to be an incarnation of Avalokitesvara (སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག). As far as I know, Padmapani Avalokita is a form of Avalokitesvara that holds a lotus flower whom His Holiness is often equated with.

Judging from the scenery and accent it was produced in Tibet, which would explain why the names of the singer or author of lyrics don’t appear in the video.

Dzam ling yül tru kün tu
ཞི་བདེའི་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ཐོབ་ནས།
Shi dey de kyi thob ney
བསྟན་འཛིན་ཉི་ཟླ་སྐར་གསུམ།
Ten dzin nyi da kar sum
མཛད་འཕྲིན་རྒྱས་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ།
Dze trin gye pay mön lam

In all the corners of the world
May there be the bliss of peace,
Holders of the teachings: the sun, moon, and star,
I pray your enlightened activity flourishes.

བསྟན་འཛིན་ཀུན་གྱི་གཙུགས་རྒྱན།
Ten dzin kün gyi tsuk gyen
རྒྱལ་དབང་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ།
Gyel wang tham chey khyen pa
སྐུ་ཚེ་བསྐལ་བརྒྱ་བརྟན་ནས།
Ku tshey kel gya ten ney
གངས་ལྗོངས་ཡུལ་ལ་ཕེབས་རོགས།
Kang jong yül la pheb rok

You are the crown ornaments of all holders of the teachings;
Oh omniscient victorious lords
May your lives be firm for a hundred eons,
I beseech you, come to the snow land.

སྐུ་ཚེ་བསྐལ་བརྒྱ་བརྟན་ནས།
Ku tshey kel gya ten ney
གངས་ལྗོངས་ཡུལ་ལ་ཕེབས་རོགས།
Kang jong yül la pheb rok

May your lives be firm for a hundred eons,
I beseech you, come to the snow land.
