She yön ten tshöl way bhu mo tsho
ཁྱེད་མ་འོངས་གངས་རིའི་མ་ཡུམ་སྟེ།།
Khye ma ong gang ri ma yum tey
བོད་ཁ་བའི་བླ་སྲོག་གསོན་པོ་ཡིན།།
Bhö kha way la sok sön po yin

In the same way that our mothers appreciate education
Oh women seeking knowledge
You are the future mothers of the snow mountains
You are the life-force, the spirit of Tibet's snows

བོད་ཁ་བའི་ལྗོངས་ཀྱི་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ཆེད།།
Bhö kha way jong kyi de kyi chey
བཟང་གཤིས་རྒྱ་གསོག་པའི་བུ་མོ་ཚོ།།
Sang shi gya sok pay bhu mo tsho
ཁྱེད་གངས་ཅན་པ་ཡི་རེ་བ་དང།།
Khye kang chen pa yi rey wa dang
བོད་མི་རིགས་སྐྱོང་གི་སྲོག་ཤིང་ཡིན།།
Bhod mi yig kyong gi sok shing yin

For the happiness and well-being of the snow land, Tibet
Oh women who develop excellent characters oh so vast
It is you who are the hope of the people of the snow land
And the life-tree nurturing the Tibetan race

དུས་གསར་རྙིང་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བར་མཚམས་ནས།།
Dü sar nying nyi kyi bar tsham ney
སྡུག་ཉམས་མྱོང་ཁུར་བའི་བུ་མོ་ཚོ།།
Duk nyam nyong khur way bhu mo tsho
ཁྱོད་གདོང་དམར་ཚང་གི་རྟེན་གཞི་དང།།
Khyö dong mar tshang gi ten shi dang
བོད་གངས་ལྗོངས་གསོ་བའི་ཨ་མ་ཡིན།།
Bhod kang jong so way ah ma yin

In between times both modern and ancient
Oh women who shoulder the burden of suffering
It is you who are the basis of all red-faced [Tibetans]
The mothers who nourish the Tibetan snow land

ད་མ་འདུག་བུ་མོ་ཡར་ལ་ལོངས།།
Du ma duk bhu mo yar la long
གཞུང་ཤེས་རིག་ཀུན་གྱི་ཐུན་མོང་ཡིན།།
Shung shey rig kün kyi thün mong yin
འདི་སྦྱང་བཞིན་མ་འོངས་འཚོ་བ་ལ།།
Di jang shin ma ong tsho wa la
སྐྱིད་བསིལ་འཇམ་འོད་ཟེར་བསྐྲུན་གི་འགྲོ།།
Kyi sil jam wö ser trün gi dro

Women who are many, rise up!
Texts are the common basis for all knowledge
As you learn, future livelihoods
Will be inundated with gentle light rays of joy
