འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁྲ་ཁྲ་རིག་རིག་རེད།།
དུས་རབས་མི་རབས་གསར་བ་རེད།།
མི་རྣམས་བསམ་སྦྱོར་ཇི་ངན་རེད།།
མི་གཞི་གང་ལ་བཅོལ་དགོས་སམ།།
མི་གཞི་གང་ལ་བཅོལ་དགོས་སམ།།

So much to know, so much to see in this world!
This is the modern century and new generation -
People's thoughts and actions are in decline!
Where should we invest our humanity?

བསམ་སྦྱོར་ངན་པའིི་སྙིང་གྲོགས་སྤོངས།།
མི་གཞིས་དྲང་མོ་མ་འཁྱོག་དགོས།།
རང་སེམས་དྭངས་མ་མ་བསྙོགས་དགོས།།
ལས་འབྲས་དཀར་ནག་མ་འཆུག་དགོས།།
ལས་འབྲས་དཀར་ནག་མ་འཆུག་དགོས།།

Abandon close friends of bad thoughts and actions,
Humanity has to stick alongside honesty, unbending.
We need to keep our sparkling clean hearts unmuddied.
We should not mistake actions and their effects, positive and negative.
We should not mistake actions and their effects, positive and negative.

བོད་མི་རྒན་དར་གཞོན་གསུམ་ཚོ།།
དུས་རབས་གསར་བ་བསུ་དགོས་ཀྱང་།།
བྱམས་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་བོར་མི་རུང་།།
ལས་དང་རྒྱུ་འབྲས་འདོར་མི་རུང་།།
ལས་དང་རྒྱུ་འབྲས་འདོར་མི་རུང་།།

Tibetans! Elders, middle-aged, and youth:
Even though we have to welcome the new era,
It's not alright to throw away love and compassion.
It's not alright to cast aside karma, its causes and effects.

བོད་མི་རྒན་དར་གཞོན་གསུམ་ཚོ།།
དུས་རཔས་གསར་བ་བསུ་དགོས་ཀྱང་།།
བྱམས་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་བོར་མི་རུང་།།
ལས་དང་རྒྱུ་འབྲས་འདོར་མི་རུང་།།
ལས་དང་རྒྱུ་འབྲས་འདོར་མི་རུང་།།
